Meet the Founder

Dylan Edel is a sales strategist and operator who blends the discipline of consulting with the momentum of execution.

Having led and scaled commercial teams at DocFox, Plentify, and JOBJACK, he’s spent over a decade helping businesses translate vision into measurable sales performance.

Before his SaaS leadership roles, Dylan worked as a strategy and innovation consultant at Deloitte Consulting, sharpening his ability to diagnose challenges and build frameworks that drive action.

Over the past decade, Dylan has designed, implemented, and refined Pipedrive CRM for more than six organisations, ensuring transparency across sales pipelines and establishing consistency in how sales performance is measured and achieved.
He has also enhanced and optimised other sales tools - including HubSpot, Zoho, and Monday.com - always with a focus on enabling teams to sell with structure and purpose.

Driven by a passion to help businesses move beyond founder-led chaos and achieve scalable, consistent growth, Dylan founded ZenithWise Partners.
His goal was simple: to create a consultancy that blends sales leadership, systems thinking, and deep operational insight - helping teams unlock their full performance potential with clarity and rhythm.

Outside work, Dylan is an endurance athlete - a Comrades Marathon and Ironman finisher, while also racing in numerous multi-day MTB stage races.

That same discipline defines his leadership philosophy: “The secret to success is rhythm, resilience, and relentless improvement.”
